- Building town or city
- Storey names, occupancy or tenancy names, net floor areas and primary facades
Step by step
Complete this stage
1
Identify the project
Enter a clear project name and client so exported results can be traced to the correct commission.
2
Select the location
Choose the town from the database and review the populated province, energy zone and coordinate fields.
3
Build the storey and occupancy list
Add every relevant floor. Where a floor has more than one occupancy or tenancy, enter each area separately so its subtotal defines the storey NFA.
4
Save the baseline
Save before moving into component design so the project shell is available for later work.
Quality check
- The selected town matches the actual site.
- Storey and occupancy names are unique and understandable.
- Occupancy subtotals reconcile to each storey and use the same drawing revision as the assessment.
